Lead Description
I AM the direct buyer's authorized mandate of used rails-HMS 1 & 2
We only deal directly with supplier or with his legal mandate as we currently are closing 3 contracts.
If you never seen your supplier / end seller or you do not have his direct contacts then we will not deal with you (not negotiable) .
Conditions:
1-seller shall be able to deliver in quantities from 100 MT to 15, 000 MT
Also orders from 30k X 12 up to 180k X 12 of used rails and HMS 1 & 2
2-we prefer scrap from Russia, eastern Europe, Canada, Europe
3-direct meeting with the supplier is a must
4-LOI and bcl and banking details will be given to supplier hand to hand
( we do not send these sensitive documents to people we do not know
And we never met)
5-contract will only be signed face to face.
6-send your portable phone number and all your contacts
7-please confirm all our above 6 issues
